Strawberry Tartlette…

Simple and wholesome!

Ths crust is from the leftover from the sweetened shortbread cookie dough. Just press the leftover cookie dough onto a tartlette tin, and bake. Any cookie dough will do. It can be stored in an airtight container for months until use.

Just add fresh whipped cream, or maybe creme fraiche if you like, and topped with fresh halved strawberries. Off course any other fruit would do.
